Licensing the lists for business use (companies):

The Telephone Preference Service and the Mailing Preference Service are The Finnish Direct Marketing Association's self-regulatory mechanisms, which enable consumers to opt-out of receiving unsolicited sales and marketing through the telephone or mail.

Member companies of the Finnish DMA are required to use the lists for weeding calls and mailings.

To access the lists, your company needs a license or must use an authorised reseller of the service. The up-to-date list of resellers is on the Finnish site here.
